Our 1st Snowfall

Mommy can't sleep...so she decided to put some new pictures on my blog at 1:35am! We had our 1st snowfall this week, and boy did Emma love it! She couldn't wait to get outside and play! She was playing in the snow, and throwing snowballs at me, while I was shoveling the driveway. She also liked eating the snow, as you can tell. I figured it was safe, since none of it was yellow! Most of the snow is gone now, but hopefully we'll get some more soon, so my little snowbunny can go out and play!

I'm Just Too Busy....

Just a cute story...

Emma's new thing is to say, "I'm just too busy right now." So, if it's time to take a bath, or go to bed, or get a diaper change....it's "I'm just too busy right now!" I don't know where she learned it from...but it's so darn cute.

My Daredevil Model

Here are pics of Emma modeling her outfit that she got from our friends Christine and Quinn. They sent it all the way from L.A. Christine also got her a Minnie Mouse Ornament engraved with her name. For those that don't know, Emma called her pacifier her "minnie." So, Christine got her this ornament so that she would always have a "minnie" that she could keep forever. Both Emma and Quinn were binky-a-holics, and we went through weaning them at the same time. Anyway, they were both very special presents and we are very lucky to have them as friends. Thanks Christine!

We Joy Sing!

Today was our first day back at WeJoySing. We had so much fun! Emma was so happy to see her friend, Ava, and her teacher, Mrs. Kelly. She got to meet a new friend, Ashley. After class, we went to lunch with Ava and her mom, Kelli, and Ashley, and her mom, Christina. Then Emma came home and took a 2 hourr nap while Mommy took down the Christmas decorations outside (finally!!!!).

I promise I will try to blog more...still new to this!!!

To leave you with a cute story..The other morning, Emma was on our bed and she hit her leg on the footboard. Shawn said, "are you okay?" and Emma said, "That didn't feel so good!" We both lost it! She is turning in to such a little girl now...where did my baby go?
